Jay is the founder and CEO of The Pathfinder Group, an international consulting firm whose main focus is consulting and training in strategic marketing, including: positioning research, re-vitalizing brands, finding new insights, creating distinctive messages, website development and viral marketing.
Jay's previous experiences include: Vice President, Director of Marketing for Newsweek Magazine; Senior Vice President for Joseph E. Seagram & Sons and Marketing Manager for Richardson Vicks.
Jay is also an adjunct professor at New York University where he teaches "Positioning and Brand Development".
Jay holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Colby College.
