Guaranteed 1st Time Success

A question that frequently arises with prospective clients is "How does Global Partners differ from other consulting and business development training firms? How do you ensure that your programs will have a significant impact on your most critical business results?" To address this question we have devised an approach for developing high impact programs we call Guaranteed First Time Success.

Guaranteed First Time Success is a 4-step process, based a system for measuring training and development programs created by Donald Kirkpatrick. Kirkpatrick's 4 level measurement system is generally regarded as the standard for measuring the impact of any training, consulting or change management initiative. Using Kirkpatrick's system as the starting point, we use an approach in development that guarantees that a program or initiative will create the change and improvement in the client's business identified at the start of the engagement.

Global Partners unique development process guarantees that a program will impact the client's targeted business results. We achieve this rate of success by following these steps:

  1. We define what is meant by success. To do this we apply the 4 levels of measurement defined by Donald Kirpatrick*:

    1. Participant reaction to the training

    2. Learning achieved by the participant

    3. Application/implementation of the training on the job

    4. Business impact achieved

  2. For each measurement level we define the Goal to be achieved and the method for measuring results;

  3. We use a short assessment questionnaire to identify the Program Deliverables and Key Drivers/Critical Success Factors for each deliverable;

  4. We design and test the Program Content and Implementation and Measurement Tools based on the key drivers/critical success factors;

  5. Lastly we conduct a live test of the workshops to confirm the effectiveness of the content.
