Action Learning

Global Partners’ unique Action Learning workshop formats (depicted below) combine pre-workshop preparation, in-class learning and practice, action planning and the application of tools and concepts in highly realistic experiential simulations.

This approach enables workshop participants to begin applying new skills and tools during the workshop itself. It also enables Global Partners consultants to apply ‘coaching in the classroom’, thereby ensuring that participants fully understand how to apply new skills after they have completed the workshop.





In the final step of the Action Learning workshop, results measures are defined and linked to the Action Plans that have been developed. This ensures that participants have identified quantified measures and goals to use to track their progress in applying new skills and techniques.
