Success Story

Challenge: European HQ company was growing through acquisitions, particularly in the US and Asia. Conscious of its strong imbedded national culture it needed to create a process to enable managers from across its new global organization to create and sustain a global leadership culture.

Approach: Developed a program on Global Leadership that addressed not only culture differences due to national origin, but also those created by functional responsibility. The program included a unique, highly interactive Action Learning simulation that required managers to evaluate strategic initiatives from multiple perspective and prioritize them based on the best interests of the global business.

Results: Senior and middle managers from across the global organization (12 countries) participated in the Global Leadership program, which led to accelerated alignment of the world-wide organization and rapid business growth.
