The combination of Customized Program Content with our Action Learning approach and Ideation process enables client participants to create breakthrough ideas and begin applying them during the workshop itself. It also enables Global Partners consultants to apply ‘coaching in the classroom’, thereby ensuring that participants fully understand how to apply new skills after they have completed the workshop.
